Elite

To join the Elite Lifting Club you need to lift a total of 453.5kg (1000lbs/half a ton) or over. This must be done in 3 single reps of a Squat (Front or Back), Benchpress (Flat bench only) and Deadlift (Conventional or Sumo). No half reps, all in one session.
